We have my grandfather property house 140 sq yards 120 sq yards house my late father name and 20 sq yard my late uncle name.120 sq yards property tax bill come my father name and 20 sq yard property tax bill come my uncle name from 140 sq yards house.
My question simple Can I sell our share , re construction our part without any objections.
House 40 years old my family living since 30 years and my uncle family not living since 30 years as same.

A.dear client in your case if he does not reply or gives an NOC then you may sale it to any other third person.
