Harassment by woman

Sir this is Bharat is having divorced in 2015 by mutual concerns and get device from courts was legal .after that I have second marriage also my ex wife had second marriage too ,the reason for our divorce was she was tourchring me and my two kids , frequently out from home with someone,like this in all about 15years .I am happy in second marriage with my kids which I have kept with me of first wife , Now a days my ex wife husband had thrown her out due to same behaviour as previously with me , Now a days she calling to my family members by cell phones and misbehaving with them ,saveral times came to my brother house and behaving very cheap ,galies and decrease our izzat by rough behaviour ,we all are very tired by her so please let us know solution

File a FIR and in case the police rejects the same you can file a private complaint u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C

Dear Sir,
You have two options, first approach the police, secondly you may file a suit for permanent injunction restraining her from interfering with private life of yourself and your family members including kith and kin.

make a police complaint against her for causing mental harassment to you and family, if police don't register FIR, approach the ilaqa magistrate to direct police to register FIR as envisaged under section 156(3) CrPC
