Hi sir, I need a clarification regarding my cousin she is widow, her sister inlaws are telling that they gave money to their brother as like debt so we are going to occupy the land from past two years they are cultivating the land and not even giving single rupee to my sister if she asking her land back to her they are asking give our money but their is no proof and all family members are telling that they gave money to their brother is it legal sir and one more thing they filed a case on all property

A.What was the mode of transfer to yr bro in law from his grand father?
Whether it was the self acquired property of the grand pa
Yr neice obviuosly has a right in her father's property.. But we are determine her share after we know the details I hv asked here above to verify if the sisters can hv a claim over the property.

A.Whose property is that the sisters in law of yr cousin are enjoying?
If the property was succeeded by your brother in law, your cousin and her sis in laws have too rights.. Can be said exactly Provided you provide the date of death of his father or the person from whom he succeeded the property.
If it is the exclusive self acquired property of yr bro in law, the sis in laws hv no right in it. In that case yr cousin can file a suit for declaration of her right, title and interest and for injunction or recovery of possession, as the case may be.
Some more details are required to advise exact recourse to be taken

Hello sir, thank you for response, actually the property of my brother in law was directly transfered from his grandfather. Grand father too grandson, so now sisterin laws are cultivating same land telling that they also having authority. Now how can she take forward step to recover land and she is having one daughter. This small girl have right of her father property na sir. Waiting for helpful suggestions, thank you sir
