My brother's wife filed a false case against my brother and mother about domestic violence, which is untrue and after 4 years she filed case for alimony of 15 lacs. They don't have children n she left my brother within few months. Please advise what can be done.

Thank you so much Sir. My brother is 38 now. My mother is very tensd because of his condition. We have only one1bhk n nothing else, his income is also 15000 per month, how can she ask for 15 lacs. We or the girls side did not spent more than 1 lacs for marriage. Sir the girl is saying that she will not leave my brother at all neither she wil get married nor will she allow my brother to get married. She says it is her house. Sir she n her family are very cruel, they abused my mother including the girl. My mummy is very disturbed. She is a heart n sugar patient. We want to settle my brother's life. Sir please please suggest what can we do??
