Resignation in probation period
Kept resignation on the last day of my probation due to huge work pressure and in appointment letter it indicated as 1 month notice period in probation. But the management didn't agree for that and said that to serve 3 months notice period for proper relieving and if not they will take legal actions against me regarding data loss or data breach.. And at the time of joining they just said in words that to serve 2 years with the company and taken 2 blank checks from me. Please suggest me ...I don't want to serve the company further that don't have employee values.
