RTA help in enquiry
Our grandmother had left a will stating that after her death total no. Of shares will be divided equally between her legal heirs. One of legal heir was my father. After death of my father I came to know that one of my uncle got transmitted shares of a company on the basis of second holder ( my uncle ) and by obtaining POA from second holder ( my uncle ). I got confirmation from RTA that shares have been transmitted and transferred to DP ID of second holder ( my uncle's DP). I came to know that after 12 years. Can I get help from RTA or company to set an enquiry on the basis of WILL ?
