Q.Absent without leave from indian army
I was appointed in indian army on 2 jan 2003 as a soldier in armed cavachit crops in 48 armed regiment . But I am absent without leave from 11 Dec 2006 to till now from J & k.
Indian army has dismissed me in 11 Dec 2009 as per army act section (20) 3 and rule 17. Kindly help me and giving advice about this matter .

A. ) If you remain absent without reasonable cause then the army has its own bye laws and can work accordingly and also dismiss you off duty.
