Hello Sir,
My name in Aadhar card ,Pan card and college(as aadhar card was linked) is Archit Krishna Mishra whereas in my Tenth and Twelveth docments it is Mishra Archit Krishnachandra. My Father's name is Krishna Chandra Mishra.
So it's a sincere request to please consult me with the proper procedure to be followed from here on.

A.It is simple.
Get a affidavit drawn and drafted by a lawyer and sign it by a 1st class JM which shall state that both these names are of the same person.
The JM shall after verifying the required documents sign the same and your work shall be done.
