Pg owner insulting

Pg owner insulting and using unparliamentary language for asking  - Sir I am staying in a PG( Sri Siri Men's PG) located at Nanakramguda guda, Hyderabad. When ever I ask about the service breakdown like no room cleaning , poor quality of food, internet breakdown. The owner getting angry and manhandling and abusing. So what actions can I take against him. Not only lot the people who are staying facing the same issue but now coming out . So please suggest me

Dear Client,
A dispute between a tenant and landlord is resolved under the state-specific Rent Control Act or the Premises Tenancy Act under which a Rent Controller or Addl Rent Controller is appointed to deal with the dispute arising out of a rent or lease agreement between the parties. Serving a legal notice to the PG Owner, you can file an application to the Rent Controller or Addl. Rent Controller explaining your grievance against the arbitrary and unethical action of the PG Owner to resolve the issue legally and amicably. You may hire an Advocate, if required, to navigate the issue in the right way.
