My husband took my private video

My took one private video... now I found he is in another relationship with ex girlfriend. And he said to her he will show that video to her. Now I am moving towards him but I am feeling fear of this video... is he doing anything with this

Dear Client,
Section 66E of the Information Technology Act, 2000 deals with the transmission of photos of any person’s private areas without his or her consent on social media which is a criminal offence and the penalty is either three years in prison or a fine of not more than two lakh rupees, or both. You can lodge an FIR against any person who violates your privacy without your consent at the local police station under Section 66E of the I T Act, 2000. On investigation post-FIR to the police or Cyber Cell, if the police find that the person is in any way violating the provision of the Act, he can be booked for committing the crime under Section 66E of the Information Technology Act, 2000. If required, hire an Advocate to navigate the issue in the right way.
