Negative review

I run spoken English academy And giving my 100% to teach students With 5000 three months fee One student I trained her with very basic Now she can write, speak but she is putting negative review plus asking her friends too to post review Please help me how to stop as this institution is my only earning I took her class for more than 3 months Review is just harassing me how to deal she is not ready to listen me I have 11 months old baby he used to cry but I preferred that student to trained more

Dear Sir,
You may go to any strong advocate who can get issue a legal notice threatening to file civil and criminal deformation case against her. Further immediately terminate her from the class if necessary refund entire fee.

Dear Client,
Since you are providing service by way of tuition or coaching to your students, that is typically considered a service provider and students a consumer. Negative reviews from consumers against their service provider are considered a deficiency in service that attracts complaints under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Once the consumer students file a complaint before the Consumer Forum claiming a refund of coaching fees along with compensation you have to face legal consequences including a refund of tuition fees and compensation for the proven deficiency in service. So, try your level best to resolve the issue within the four walls to avoid all sorts of legal consequences.
