Job fraud not returning my money back

Sir i have lodged complaint in police station against job fraud. But other party lawyer came to P.S and assured us they will return our money back in 15 days and they made me to take case back. I take my complaint back. In case if they not return in this period can i lodge complaint again and go to court.

Dear Client,
In case you withdraw your complaint from the police based on a written understanding(MOU) from the accused party then only on breach of MOU, you can reraise your complaint on the ground of criminal breach of trust and cheating, otherwise, no legal remedy to get back the money from the opposite party even through litigation.
