Lien mark on my bank account by cyber crime

Sir, I'm from Andhra Pradesh and my account has been lien marked for 3500 rupees by gujarat cyber cell. I was asked by a friend if he could use my upi for receiving amount from his customer since his bank account was not working properly and he asked me to send the amount after receiving it. I did the same. Later the customer and my friend had a dispute and the customer complained and made the gujarat cyber cell to make a lien on my account. After few days my friend said the dispute was settled and that they refunded the amount back to the customer so he had withdrawn the complaint from cyber cell. They told me that cyber cell informed them that lien mark would be automatically removed from my account within 15-20 days. But I did not receive any official message regarding complaint withdrawal nor was my account free from lien mark. I tried contacting Gujarat cyber cell but nobody is responding. Please suggest me what to do. I had no involvement in this complaint and I got stuck. I'm so afraid of legal issues. Will this affect me in future if I leave this as it is.
