Property not divided equally

I have a long family so family land has not divided equally because who are rich in my family ,those are owned land by his name and all document has changed by his name and his father name and about my family he mention that not live all and currently live a small area in which old home made.and this land own my name but also he interfared with this land and my totally land area is 4 acre so what we have do i dont know plz give me leagally advice in cheapest and best way.

A.pls, state clear facts, however, from the available facts I can suggest filing suit for partition.
