Require to change the name in GPA

Hello Sir,
I am Sangeeta from South Delhi. I have one house GPA wherein my name is SANGITA DEVI as per my old Pan Card and educational certificates. Later I got my name changed to SANGEETA in all record and PAN, Aadhar etc.
Please guide me how to change my name from SANGITA DEVI TO SANGEETA in my GPA. Will I face any issue if I decide to sell this property later as all my id proofs are in the name of SANGEETA now.
Whom should I approach and proceed with? Please advise.
Get cancel GPA and get another in your new name.

It won’t be easy to get back the executant for fresh lease and i think it may be risky too.

better to get execute a fresh GPA,
YES, you can face difficulty due to name discrepancies

Is it not possible by an affidavit for name change and ad in news paper?
Second what if I acting as executant I make the GPA in favour of my husband/son? Howmuch would be the cost in Delhi?

you can change back your name also,
you need to get an affidavit, then published in two leading newspapers, one in local language and the other in English, then get it published in the Gazette, once published, you are entitled to change all your documents with the previous name,
cost varies from lawyer to lawyer
as per my view, it will cost you somewhere around 4-5 thousand
you can execute GPA in favour of your husband/son if you have such powers vested through GPA (your name)
