I bought education loan in SBI. They gave summon to me.How to change this case to Lok Adalat. Kindly provide suggestions
A.Just ask your advocate to submit orally to refer the case to Lok Adalat or file an application before the Court.

A.appear and make a request to the summoning Court that you want to settle the matter and to send the same to Lok Adalat
