Serious Crime against a woman

A woman was attacked by two men of a village on Sunday at 05 pm . She was beaten by them seriously with rods and stick. She was attempted to rape and also she was threatend and tried to be kidnapped. But she some how manage to escape from the incident site and her younger brother some how managed to record a small part of video of the incident. But the police officials at thana are not cooperating with her and on constant pressure by the family of the victim they registered a simple case against section 296, 351 and 115 of BNS. My question is . How other section under BNS can be added in the case when a video clip is already available and how this additional section can be added in the case registered by the police. Also what are the other section available to be added in the case so that the culprits should get strongly punished and how the additional section can be added.
