PERSON POSSESING SERIOUS OFFENCES FOUND EMPANELLED ONLY BY AN INSURANCE CO.

Dear Sir, An irda approved surveyor was found involved in preparing false valuation reports because of whom Indusind bank gave loan on vehicles & as such amount of Rs.1 crore approx. were loaned wrongly because of false valuation reports. FIR & Serious offences of:--
1] 120-B
2] 406
3]420
4] 467, 468 & 472 have been imposed on the irda approved surveyor. All the insurance companies have blacklisted to that surveyor but an Officer of a nationalised general insurance company have recently started taking the services of that surveyor by making the empanelment in his company by misguiding to their higher management. Legally, Whether that surveyor can get survey jobs even after possesing such serious offences. If not, then whom to write for taking action against the officer of general insurance co. who has started giving survey jobs on his own risk.

Out of 4 general insurance companies three have blacklisted that surveyor but a manager of New India Assurance Co. Ltd. at on his risk is alloting the survey jobs. That Manager of New India Assurance company is also approching to the managers of other insurance companies for alloting survey jobs from their sides by saying that his company[ new india assurance ] has no objection & has started the surveyor work. MOREOVER, THE BR. MGR. OF NEW INDIA ASSURANCE IS TAKING THE PLEA THAT ALTHOUGH THERE ARE SERIOUS OFFENCES ON THE SURVEYOR BUT DECISION OF THE COURT IS PENDING. WHETHER IMPOSING OF SERIOUS OFFENCES BY THE POLICE DEPTT. & LODGING FIR WITH SERIOUS OFFENCES DOES NOT COME IN THE PREVIEW OF SERIOUS FRAUD BY THAT SURVEYOR.

though the decision is pending, what will happen if it goes against the surveyor?

AS SUCH WHETHER CAN A MANAGER OF ANY INSURANCE CO. ALLOT PROFESSIONAL SURVEY JOBS TO SUCH SURVEYOR POSSESING SERIOUS OFFENCES IMPOSED BY THE POLICE DEPTT. & EXECUTING FIR AGAINST THAT SURVEYOR & ALSO FOUND BLACKLISTED BY REST OF THREE OTHER GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANIES.
