Depends on the complexity.
In you case it shall cost anywhere around 8,000/- to 15,000/-

that company had sent mail to me that
mail copy here

" We hereby reply to your e-mail dated 12th April 2011 , with regards to your outstanding payment of Rs. 10,74,681/- , and the threat commented in trail e-mail.

At the outset we deny your allegations that we have collected our full monies from INDUS, as stated in your e-mail referred above, as well as we strongly advise you to not indulge in unlawful & illegal activities of any sort.

INDUS Towers Limited, is due to pay us a huge amount for the services rendered to them and we have been following up for those dues with them.

And the recent follow up for payment was as early as on 4th April 2011.
We can reconcile & clear our accounts with you, only when we receive our due payments from INDUS Towers Limited.

Till then you are advised to:

a) Not indulge in any type & kind of unlawful & illegal activities.
b) Take up your grievances, if necessary, with INDUS Towers Limited directly at their Chennai office itself.
c) Not to send threatening e-mails to anybody except to undersigned sender.
d) Take up any grievances of yours in a lawful manner.

In spite of this, if you still indulge in any unlawful activity, then it would be at your own & sole risk & responsibility & we would not be liable for any damages or liabilities arising out of any such activity.

Also the company paid all service taxes to goverment include unpaid bill payment
2010 - 2011 academic service tax - 195000/- paid to incometax and reflected at my 26as income tax file ( all bill payments i got}

2011-2012 service tax 21761/- - paid to incometax but still i could not get the bill payments of 10 lakhs approx.
is there any chance to case a file to cheating ?
