Asifa case (minor rape)

Sir/ Madam,
As an ordinary citizen I would like to know how can you as a lawyer initiate the process of bringing a change in laws for sexual offenders who have physically abused minors? Can you or I as an ordinary citizen suggest the new set of laws? And if majority of Indian citizens agree with the suggested laws can these suggestions be taken up for discussion in the parliament to be implemented if agreed upon by majority of members?
Please advice. Thanks.

A.dear client i agreed on advice that here are law's made for what you have discuss.Our politicians makes law not lawyers that's why there is a saying vote properly. Citizens have a right to choose there leaders by way of vote, second and third answer is no.

A.The media and public seem to think that changing laws ( to impose perhaps harsher punishments ) will reduce crimes. There exist sufficiently strong laws for any crime, but it is the inefficiency in investigating skills / efficiency that gives scope for criminals to escape. It is also important to ensure that some one who is innocent is not punished just because some people appear in media and make allegations.
