Viscera report not given by police how to get it

In any death, the viscera report usually preserves for six months if preserved in common salt water, as it is normally done, the sample will decompose in six months. In the given scenario, there are two ways following which you can access the information or documents (Viscera Report) from the concerned authority. 1) By making an application under the RTI Act to the concerned Public Authority(SPIO) of the Police Department who is the custodian of the report, and 2) by filing a complaint with the Chairperson, State Human Rights Commission or the State Police Complaint Authority, which are independent bodies empowered to investigate complaints against corrupt police officials.
