Malpractice in EXL Services Noida

I was wrongfully terminated from my services from EXL Services, while I was on a documented sick leave due to mental harassment by my supervisor. I was told that my role was redundant, and that they will be looking for any opportunities in Indian hiring of possible. This was also immediately after I highlighted an issue with the company practicing racial profiling. I lost all access to my official email and logins. Can we initiate a case on this basis?
