cheating in business

I am being cheated by my partners in business. We were running a food and beverages kiosk in kerala . We started the business from the money we made from the textile business we had so we had no seperate deed and registration for the f&b business as it was a small business. But all of a sudden it had huge growth and we also started a new branch after that one of my partner started acting weird and he started to blame me unneccesssarily on all the things done by me and he also started to create a bad image of me on my other partners.first he convinced the other two partners working here and made them on his side. total we four are running the shop here and we also have two others who are working abroad .now all of a sudden he accused me of stealing from shop and asked go out of the shop and said we wont give you anything and suddenly made deed of them five as the only partners of the shop.
