Dear sir
In my case my wife applied false allegations on me & my family 498a..Women thana & her nearest police station quashed 498a& adviced her to go court..My question is, can she again give complaint into other women thana..If FIR will be file then can I quashed from HC by showing RTI copy of 498a quashed (by women police station & her nearest police station) she don't have any proofs against me regarding dowry & violence.

A.Yes, she can approach the police again but chances of registration of FIR are on the low side. if registered you can approach the High Court for quashing
