Land tribunal judgement set aside by writ petition in high court and appeal by defendant dismissed by division bench, it was challenged in supreme court, supreme court set aside high court order and revert back to high court to re look into the writ petition under same case number. Now what is the procedure, whether fresh petition has to be filled or the court itself take up the case? Who has to take up the case?
A.Dear Sir,
You have file a memo in the counter of the High Court along with copy of the SC to post the case before the appropriate Bench.

A.The high court shall itself take up the case. Keep looking to the listing date of this case and ask your lawyers to keep a track of the same as the SC has already given direction to the HC to look into the same and has also set aside the order.
Thanks
