How to respond to the notice it legal letter from collectorate

I had taken a loan from reputed finance company, instead transferring the loan to the account they had transferred amount to thier wallet in initial stage of corona pandemic, i.e I had applied for loan amount of 10,000, but they disbursed m me merely 8 or 9 thousand rupees approx into wallet, I had submitted pan, aadhar, photo to get the loan. After disbursal the wallet amount is not transferring to the bank account, I've consulted them for to know why it is happening, they said kyc not completed. I've consulted them in the office for solution so many times but nothing happened, after 20 days in the pandemic situation curfew was announced after they said consult online, after consulting online there were two loans on me which are initially applied loan along with credit line loan card. After consulting them through emails no prior response given by them, because of if I consulted for loan related customer care executives they transferred their call to credit line and vice versa happened. I had asked them to cancel the loan but not happened. During pandemic thier offices were in leave so no way. But after 1 or 2 months with no way I had used that money by paying landlord current bill through wallet services. After that calls were happening from thier office side to pay the money vigorously on emis, when financial institutions were strongly warned by the govt, the company has new app as listed in nbfc, but what I had applied for is personal money loan, what they issued is wallet money, still they said no kyc, but I had provided them all needed documents thier response/effort was zero for accomplishing to transfer money to bank account due to that I had suffered on paying rent during corona. Due to this and along side the disturbances happened in my financial situation and job loss I hadn't payed money back. This issue started approximately before month Pandemic during that periodi for lots of calls and stress to repay emis, due to financial crisis I hadn't paid that. Now it is 2025, still they were consulting me about to repay amount and making me to stress in this jobless situation, i am willing to pay, they've sent me lots of notices but I don't know how to respond, but I had answered them, and thier executives are talked with me so many times. I just waited for one time settlement, but now they were showing the actual loan is 10,000 with interest of 40,000. Along side credit line with 2,500 as main fee and interest of 15,000. Now they've sent me loak adalat notice from collectorate. I don't know how to respond. Still iam jobless. Due to my family situations I had l lived single during 2013-2024, i had returned to home by 8 months now I'm not aware how to respond situation. I had some of call recording with them, while approving l loan they had an app for details, but now so was modified and no longer present for accurate details. Please help me with the situation
