Sir/mam ,
Are BC -E (SHAIKS) comes under OBC , are they eligible under Central OBC NCL if their annual income is less than 6lakhs, if so how to apply for Central OBC certificate , please provide information , I had qualified in national level exam under OBC category but during counselling they are asking for Central OBC certificate please kindly help me . Is it possible for BC-E shaik to get Central OBC NCL certificate . Plz KINDLY provide information . Waiting for reply thank you.
