to avail the simple mortgage loan, can I submit the 'Original' 1) Property Tax Receipt, 2) Encumbrance Certificate 3) E-Swathu (Form 9 and 11) 4) Construction Permission. My concern is why original need to the banker instead of photocopy. Is their any legal part for taking Original. Kindly need your opinion

A.dear client in your matter It is the requirement & terms & conditions for availing the facility of mortgage loan on the immovable property without encumbrance.It is better to consult a property lawyer
