Site documents in the court we need see the documents

Sir,
We are having one site the neighbors are telling that site is mine and the documents are in the court every time they are telling..
But last 20 year we are enjoying the site and planning to do build .
Whenever we go in the site he came to me and telling the site Documents in the court..
1) what we can do ?
2) Can we see the documents through court ?
