Site documents in the court we need see the documents

Sir,
We are having one site the neighbors are telling that site is mine and the documents are in the court every time they are telling..
But last 20 year we are enjoying the site and planning to do build .
Whenever we go in the site he came to me and telling the site Documents in the court..
1) what we can do ?
2) Can we see the documents through court ?

A.Dear Sir,
You can approach Manager of the Court and file the application through advocate under relevant provisions of civil rules of practice and physically inspect in the said documents and then start fighting legally.

Sir.
In Patta (Which MRO was issued with seal and signature original copy) their is no directions.. this big issue in the document.
1.What to do ?
2.Hereafter also we can reach court manager to fight ligally ?

A.Get a copy from the sub registrars office.

then, what is your interest, however, you can get the certified copy of sale deed from the office of registrar

Sir,
in 1986 our village MRO has issued one of patta .with original seal and green ink sing..
But the problem is no measurements and no direction.. We remember that day (1986 )MRO Came over site and done messure with chain...

A.Go to the concern sub registration office and make application for certified copy . Issue will be solve
