Early Noise pollution while house construction

My neighbour is making loud construction noise early in the morning at 6am , which is troubling our tenants ,one couldn't sleep well. From past 3 months ,even after requesting them, advising them , they are not ready to hear our words. So please help reaching out them and solve our problem.

Dear Client,
To address a nuisance from neighbour, serving a legal notice to him, you may consider filing a complaint before the Public Grievance Cell of the office of the District Magistrate/Collector or the concerned municipal authorities or the State Pollution Control Board failing which you can file a suit for the commission of public nuisance against the neighbour under Section 268 of the Indian Penal Code(now Section 270 of BNS). If required, hire an Advocate to navigate the issue in the right way.

Dear Client,

As you've already spoken to your neighbor multiple times and they haven't cooperated now if you live in a housing society, file a formal complaint with the managing committee or secretary. If they still don't listen, you can report the issue to the local municipal office under Noise Pollution Law, or you can file a written complaint at your nearest police station for public nuisance.
Seek help from an Advocate who can guide you with further process.
