FR (Final Report) and Anticipatory bail (AB)
NBW was issued for IPC 376, 316 etc
We went for AB in HC, process is on.
Meanwhile, Complainant has submitted for withdrawal of case in Police station (PS) and now FR is in progress giving clean chit to accused.
What should be the further steps now from accused in Court and Police; to finish the case completely and should we stop the AB now or let it go on ?
A.Dear Sir,
It needs to be answered in different angles so better approach a local lawyer having experience in conducting criminal cases.
