Blocking the road by erecting a flag pole in a public place

A political party erected a flag pole and used to fix flex boards on it in front of my gate , which is obstructing the entry to the road. How can I get the flag pole removed or shift to other place, which the Political party dose not allow... What Can I do

Dear Sir,
You may lodge complaints with local authorities and also go to concerned Police Station and make representations to the Political party. Finally, you may file a PIL before High Court seeking a direction to the Political parties in general not to erect such flex boards which may be inconvenient to the public.

Dear Client,

If the political party has erected a flag pole which is obstruction your ingress and egress then you can firstly submit a written complaint in the local police station explaining how the flagpole and flex boards obstruct your entry and exit and request immediate removal or shifting to a non-obstructive location. You can file a Complaint with Local Municipal Corporation also regarding this.
If this does not work then appoint an Advocate and send a Legal Notice to the Political Party on the ground of public nuisance and infringement of your fundamental right to move freely. Indicate that non-compliance will lead to civil and criminal proceedings.
