My mother was raped then i was born in short i am a rape kid. Then the husband of my mother or my non biological father raised me. Can i mention my non biological father's name in the place of name of my father while appling for a govt. Job?

In the given scenario, your birth certificate issued by the Registrar under the Birth and Death Registration Act, 1969 may clarify your query. However, be informed that usually, a biological father's name appears in a birth certificate and other documents of any person unless he is adopted by the adoptive father following the provision and procedure of adoption laws.

Dear Client,

If your non-biological father adopted you legally under the Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act, 1956 (or any other applicable law), you can mention his name as your father in official records.

Dear Sir,
It goes with your school records. If the same discloses the name of your foster father then let it be continued. Since your foster father not adopted you so his name cannot be entered at this distant time.
