Teenpati online gaming platform

Can we submit a grievance against teenpati gaming platform for ban the online teenpati and casino platform because I lost huge amount and some time I want to die and thinking about suicide. Because I am badly addicted to this platform please help me and tell me . Many youths in our areas are addicted with this platform and they've lost their lives without any other reason. So please help us...

The Central Government has no jurisdiction over online Teen Patti games offered by foreign-based online gambling firms. These gaming sites have a license to offer online Teen Patti games and are legal under European and International laws. So, Indian players can play Teen Patti games at licensed international casino sites. However, the amendment to the Information Technology Act in 2011 has made the use of these sites difficult. The Intermediaries Guidelines of the said Act have instructed the website holders to block Indian players from accessing certain websites and content. As the game of Teen Patti involves the random distribution of cards, it could be argued that it has a very high element of luck. In India, games involving a higher element of chance/luck are considered as gambling, and playing such games in the hope of winning real money is not permitted under the Information Technology Act of 2000 and the Intermediary Guidelines (Rules) 2011. So, complaints over Teen Patti games even if played at licensed international casino sites shall not be entertained under the I T Act, 2000.

Let me be clear suicide is not an option for any problem.

Since you and others in your area have been victims of online gambling addiction, there are ways to address this through legal and regulatory channels.
Let’s address this systematically:
1. See online gambling platforms like Teen Patti often operate in a grey area. As per the Public Gambling Act, 1867 gambling is illegal in most states in India except for a few with specific exceptions so you can file a complain regarding this with cyber department regarding such gambling.
2. Since many youths in your area are getting addicted and facing financial losses, you can file a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) in the High Court or Supreme Court to ban Teen Patti and similar platforms that exploit youth.
3. Since these platforms often use online wallets or UPI payments, you can raise a complaint with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) demand stricter norms on payment gateways.
4. You can also make an awareness campaign through social media.

If by your self you are not able to follow the procedure then I must say engage an advocate experienced in constitutional law or public interest cases.
