Registered agreement of property

I m failure to pay amount on due date of registered agreement, received notice from sailor one month notice period is also expired.
What can I do against seller
A.Dear Sir,
You can file a suit for Recovery of such amount as per the clauses of agreement and before that please share agreement.

A.Pay the amount due to the seller as soon as possible.

A.you advance amount can be forfeit by the seller if any likely clause is mentioned in the sale agreement,
