Can an accidental claim be denied?

A women sitting on the back of motorcycle and the the driver does\'t have his license on him.Both are unrelated (i.e. no Relation).They met an accident, both died.Can a life insurance Company (LIC) can deny women\'s accidental insurance.Both of them have life insurance at LIC.
She has been given basic claim but requesting accidental claim.
IS it possible for her. If there is any related case please provide specific of that case.
Postmortem Report: Prove Cause of death Accidental
FIR and FR And local Newspaper proved it as accidental (Cause of Death)
Can it be Denied on Basis: Women negligent.She should not have sit behind because he(Driver) does't have the license on him on the day of accident.
