No, you do not need the consent of the two individuals to obtain the information regarding the statements they gave to the police through an RTI (Right to Information) application.
You can request a copy of the FIR filed against you. You can ask for the progress report or status of the investigation. Under Section 161 CrPC, statements given by witnesses to the police may be accessible during the investigation stage or later after the charge sheet is filed. Final Report/Charge Sheet: If the investigation is complete, you can ask for a copy of the final report/charge sheet.
You can directly ask for the certified copy from the Court if the case has been registered and send it to court.
