In case of property devolve equally among legal heirs i.e. wife, son & daughters after demise (before 1999) of father (no will) and being sold by wife and son without relinquishment by a daughter, can daughter fight to cancel the sale agreement or court will ask to pay 1/3rd of sale value?

A.She shall be entitled to the 1/3rd share however, cancellation of such sale deed is tough.

A.Dear Sir,
She is entitled for 1/3rd share however it is very hard to cancel sale agreement. In the meanwhile execute sale deed and complicate the issue more.
