Dear Client,
If the court order has disposed of the case and directed that the disputed amount be transferred to the applicant , the next steps depend on the specific wording of the court order and the action required by the bank or investigating authority. If the court order specifies that the account should be unfrozen after transferring the amount, the bank or cyber cell will usually unfreeze the account automatically. Once the amount is deducted and transferred, the freeze should be lifted unless there are further instructions to continue the freeze by the court or higher authority.
If by any chance after the amount has been transferred your account does not unfreeze then I would suggest visit the concerned Cyber Cell office where the case was registered show them the court order to unfreeze your account. By any chance the cyber department does not obey the court order then make an application before the court mention that the case is disposed of and the amount has been transferred as per court orders therefore seeking direction to unfreeze the account.
