If I sale my financed car on affidavit/registered agreement. And after the date of agreement if any criminal offense occurred ,how much iam saved on behalf of affidavit which iam having in my hand legally

A.The owner of the car on who's name the car is registered is liable.

I meant to say that if any criminal activity is carried on my vehicle after the registered affidavit in that case on behalf of that affidavit, am I legally safe or not?
