Drainage Issue in my village

Hi there, My name is Jagan, and I am from Pembarthi village in Jangaon district. Around four years ago, the Gram Panchayat of our village diverted the main sewage canal towards our crop fields without informing us. As a result, our fields have become unsuitable for cultivation, and the surrounding areas are now polluted by a strong, unpleasant stench. This sewage issue is affecting not only us but also our livestock and wildlife, which frequently fall ill due to the contamination. We first raised this issue with our village Sarpanch in 2020, but received no response. Subsequently, we appealed multiple times to the District Collector and the District Panchayat Officer of Jangaon, but no action has been taken so far. As you are aware, every Gram Panchayat is legally required to properly maintain the sewage system in their village. I also filed a complaint with Human Rights Telangana, but have yet to receive any updates. More than 10 farmers in our area are being severely impacted by this drainage problem. I am uncertain whether the law allows us to file a case against the government or who to approach for resolving such issues. I would appreciate any advice on how to proceed and find a solution to this matter.
