Criminal Conspiracy reg Flat Registration

I am 42 yrs old childless divorced female under Criminal Subtage fr my immobile nd mobile assets by my elder sibling, his wife with a bunch of Kins where my 76yrs old mother is participant on off since my late fathers demise since 14yrs back...from 2023 they are stalking me through professionals be I am travelling alone or with mother, to know my bank nd all property, higher study where about, made my life hell to stay in my inherited property jointly owned by my mother nd sibling in instate condition...I hv 2 other flats.In 1 of them they pearpetuated through my mother to the builder in my absence in to the city for years nd made posession of that flat troubled with spreading filthy rumours to the other flat inmates nd builder while I purchased the entire flat on my fathers given gold to me.Just post my divorce in my mother forced me to pay the loan amount of another flat which she booked recent nd told want to give me the flat...unwillingly I paid the loan amount 2lacs for the flat being apprehensive some conspiracy is there nd my assumption mother wlnt let me stay there by my past exp..I paid that amount with last resource of contingency fund I had post my divorce to save her from being defaulter,Mother promised me since I paid the loan amount title registration wld be in my name while I wld be paying registration fee.I was unwilling itself to make any investment on that flat having past experience of my mothers participant subotage in past with my subling nd others.But to save her from defaulting loan I paid 2lacs from my least saved resource just post my divorce.I am not working, living very minial life on my saved resources. Few days before the Registry Mother started pressurizing for registration fee to be paid by me while Title wld be in my name, I refused nd asked her to refund me back my 2lacks amount in that case with interest.She didnt agree, nd kept asking for registration fee from me nd titled had been registered by me on 2023.I found 1st being stalked by an old lawyear at registry office that day who represented me against my mother sibling his wife in past in a 107 case nd later I came to know he was compromised with opposite parties nd snatched almost 2lacks fr 2 years with them from me sending false orders while he didnt represent a single date in my absence..aft. 2 yrs I found nd withdrew that case on my mothers request coming back to home.Coming back to my flat scenario...after registry of the flat in 2023 rampant stalking by police, different lay mans, net worked maid servants with few pearpetrated neighbours I am facing till date on my mothers constant participation...Theft of my valuables, almirah locker break open all I faced in my own home living with my mother in my absence when outside...in the context of flat in spite of my repeatative warning she kept on sharing my flat details to different trepassers claiming brokers of her sister's reference who are actually criminal reference of my siblings wife nd her family nd they are behing all these stalking nd theft. They wanted to make posession of my this flat threatened through my mother same way which they did to my previous flat so that neither I can enjoy that flat posession peacefully nor can sale with my wish nd my all money stays blocked there.After repeatative intimation to my mother when her trespasser sending attempt to my flat didnt stop I changed my flat main lock key nd closed her access there.Repeatative threat of threat occured in recent past in my room with my valuables when I am out station for 1 or 2 days even in presence of my mother, nd I assume she brings outsiders help for that.From inception I had assumption they are taking legal help of 1 female cousine of mine nd her husband's help to frame to building false evidence to justify their criminal subotage to me, this cousin couple is in good touch with 1 paternal aunt of mine who evicted me from my fathers house in past with joint conspiracy nd intended to negotiate with my sibling to put some false case on me so that by force my share in my fathers property can be relinquished by me to my mother or sibling nd that aunt can buy that in low budget putting me on road,they tried but failed,in past that aunt posed as false witness with her husband in counter suomotto case of my filed 107.now I always had the apprehension my advocate cousin couple providing them this stalking nd all illegal support nd how to build evidence to frame me to snatch all my assets.From mid 2024 my mother being barred to make trespass in my new flat loudly kept shouting at balcony I forcefully snatched that flat from her, nd on my surprise different cars at that moment used to come front of my home nd I guess her statement used to be recorded...I didnt pay heed...previously in that flat association her name nd email was there as owner I converted that all to me nd kept visiting there.On 28.Feb 2025 evening I was out fr a night coming back 01.03.25 I found 1 window open at my bedroom which was padlocked by me, later found dusty hand soptts at my almirah locker,while in the same room my new flat key was there nd I assumed it got compromised.While charging my mother she denied any outsider presence in the house while with allebie to visit bank she kept the home empty intentional on 1st march 25 day time fr 2-3hours while already my marriage benarasi is stolen from my almirah with other valuables in key at her sole custody in past.Apprehending my flat key compromise 2 days I planned to bring my locksmith confidentially to the flat to change key, twice with allebie to go market mother put me in a situation so that if I leave wld hv to leave the house empty.On 3rd day Morning itself I left home staying home arrest fr 2 days nd went to a known caffe near by to hv breakfast nd called the key person there telling the flat key wld be changed...it was fixed by him to come..the staffs of the caffe were evidence of my call.. .in my sheer surprise I found within 5 minutes my advocate cousine nd her husband with 2 other mates of them entered the caffee, 1st time in 42 years of my life I saw them there.I am in no relation with them....neither they even recognised me 1nce, but kept seatting there unless I left that caffee in allebie of having breakfast there, they dnt reside even near by....my assumption converted to believe, nd I am sure I was stalked that day, but brought the lock smith changed the lock again, but next day while drowsy found my phn was unlocked nd that lock smith number was there in my phn....how I found my phn was accessed i found my mothers saved contact is in recycle bin, only a new maid was present that time, I am sure it was done by mother nd she accessed my lock smith number also who can be compromised to her subotage by now. Now the changed lock was given not a box opened lock,the lock smith claimed these locks come in whole sale, not possible to give from box, can he be already sharing the that lock key to my mother,since all keys were given to me by him, 2ndly if my mother with these kins already intimated any flase complaint to them resoective ps of my flat can they stop my access nd ownership there which already they did to my another flat in flat, more of I am afraid if I want to take the sale proceed of this flat by selling it can my mother stop that claiming this flat is snatched from her by these professiinal perpetrators along with my sibling nd his wife or can she claim any sale proceed to my flat....how can I protect my ownersip nd possession to my said property nd ensure my title cant be challenged any way.What should I do now legally as this much I understood the more I wld stay silent these pearpetrators wld be dancing on my chest,they are no family, they are here to suck last drop of my blood for my asset,same they did to my late father, how can I bring in this pearpetrated advocate cousine couples mention to law nd order....my remarriage became impossible fr these subotagers, I didnt lead a normal life single day post my fathers demise, these meanial properties all I hv to survive all alone in future,plz help me immediately telling what can be right legal action from my end to protect my property nd ownership from these offenders.None of them pay my bill...
