deeed declaratio of our apartment condominium was registered in 1999.byelaws mention every member may purchase atleat one share of rs 100.but shares have not issued till date.this is not point of contention.my mothers name is in list of members .she is dead.i am only legal heir.what should i do for name change.should i get shares issued in my mothers name and then change name or what else should be done.is it nevessary to issue shares.we are 7 members.we dont conduct any meetings
but we comtribiute towatds maintainamce amd there is presidemt secretary amd treasurer.the apartmemt condominium as such was not registered but deed declarartion between original plot owmers amd builder with members is registered.

A.Dear Sir,
Please raise the issue in Annual General Meeting or approach the concerned registering authority.
