I have been summoned by CBI Court CMM Rouse Avenue, New Delhi as Accused in a case referred above. Court has asked me to appear in person or through Lawyer. I have no idea about the procedures. Kindly advise me the possible way to go about it. Investigation was carried betn 2010 to 2012.
