Neighbor tenant dog harassment

There is one neighbor who is a tenant. Always threatening us with fear of harm from his barking dog in Building common area stairs and creating breach of peace (CCTV recording). Since beginning, I (building maintenance handler secretary) do not have valid ID proof of Tenant & they verbally denied to submit their Dog licence verification which is essential for safety of all building members. Whenever verbally requested to tenant or their landlord to disclose such information they always misbehave and cause breach of peace. Please confirm under which section can i file case to obtain neighbor tenant's Dog license verification & Valid ID proof.

Dear Client,

Since the tenant is refusing to provide a valid ID and dog license, and their actions are causing a nuisance and breach of peace, you can file a complaint under Section 268 of IPC (Public Nuisance) and Section 107 of CrPC (Preventive Action for Breach of Peace) before the local police or magistrate. Under the Municipal Corporation Rules, every dog owner must have a valid pet license.

Moreover, you can a legal notice to the tenant and landlord demanding compliance.
If needed, file a case under Section 107 CrPC before the Magistrate to prevent further breach of peace.
