my family friend from Scotland sent me some gifts items nd cash money in a parcel by airline. whn received here, d custom dept. phoned me nd said to pay 35000 rupees as custom duty. which I paid in their consultant account. den after Dy said to pay more money 95000 as another custom charges since all my gifts nd cash money value 45 lacs in Indian currency. Dt I couldn't pay. now Dy r saying dt either pay 95000 rupees to get d home delivery of d parcel or I will b put in jail for dis. I know dere is nothing big fraud dt smbody is playing wid me. now plz tell me all leagal process of dis case dt wht r d laws to get d delivery of d parcel at home by d custom dept. nd how to deal dis fraud strictly. I know dt as such dere is no charges r paid. somebody is trying to bargaining wid me since d parcel is so valuable of 45 lacs inside it in Indian currency which is a very small amount in Scotland dere. my friend didn't understand dis nd sent all things in hurry bcoz he wanted to give me nd my family some gifts as return gifts which is a tradition dere in Christian people in Scotland. plz advice so dt I can get d parcel nd return all cash money to my friend in Scotland.

A.Dear Client,
Please contact to concern officer of customs along with receipt of duty payment as you stated that
the worth of gift and cash is Rs. 45 Lacs 30% Approx duty have to pay on this i.e Rs. 135000.
