It appears that you become the victim of a cyber scam. In the given scenario, you should report the matter online at https://www.cybercrime.gov.in/ to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal(NCCRP), an initiative of the Government of India to facilitate victims/ complainants to report cybercrime scams or complaints online. Once a cybercrime scam is reported online to NCCRP, on the instructions of the Cyber Crime Cell, the investigating team starts the routine process of investigation into the reported scam, immediately freezing the suspected accounts of fraudsters and the victim's Bank account, obtaining an order from the court of Magistrate under Sec.102 Cr.PC to that effect. You have to wait for the completion of the investigation of the scam by the investigating agency to get your account unfrozen. You can access the status of your complaint online at https://www.cybercrime.gov.in. The length of time it takes to investigate a cybercrime can vary greatly depending on the complexity of the case, the resources available to the investigators, and the cooperation of the victim. It seems it is a big scam. Better approach Cyber Police along with your Advocate friend otherwise just stop further sending money to them. You cannot get refund of amounts sent to them. Better get issue a legal notice also for refund.
