Misuse of missing complaint

Dear Sir,
I have an estranged relationship with my parents therefore they filed missing complaint to keep a tab on me, I was in Bangalore and Bangalore koramangla police station informed me DAT its mandatory to go wid my parents now, after 20 days when I wanted to return back my parents are saying without instruction of Bangalore police he can't sign undertaking to release me , as this a pure voilation of human rights by my parents and police.
Pls help me as iam in very much emotional distress
