Regarding warning by police Regarding warning by police

A friend of mine tried to contact a girl after she had clearly asked her not to contact her. He made few phone calls, called her from her friends no. , went himself to talk to her and when she said she does not want to talk he went away and he also requested her friends to request her to talk to him and he texted a mssg from her friends no. explaining his point.. She responded to none of this after which the boy has not done anything... It has been two to two and a half months and now she wants to file a complaint against him.. Since it was his first offence and he was 17 years of age when he had done this and was not aware about the law and hence forth the police will warn him and leave him so that he doesn't commit any further offence but if the girl emphasizes on punishing him then will they punish him.... And does warning given by police comes in criminal record..
Thank you

A.dear client in your matter It will only be a warning as because if she hadn't been disturbed for past 2 n half Months that means there is no more interest therefore it will be taken as a petty issue.

A.The boy is juvenile and first offence and all act are on impulse. It appears the concerned police station had let him out on the promise not to contact the girl and resist from any communication can allow with warning. It is not recorded in criminal record.
