i was adopted at the age of 14 (now my age is52) by my grandmother (mummy's mother) , but i am still using my biological parents surname, but now its creating problem with my adopted parents property matter, pls advice can i carry on with both surname, showing it as i am the same person, through court.

Procedure to correct name in SSLC marks card?

A.Sir, if you have adoption papers then they are sufficient in the court to prove whatsoever. You can also release a notice in the newspaper to this effect.
